Overview
This module equips learners with the knowledge and skills to prepare architectural documentation for statutory submissions and regulatory approvals in Singapore. It provides an understanding of planning and development control requirements under the Master Plan, Concept Plan, and URA Development Control parameters, alongside Building Control regulations and technical agency requirements. Learners will be introduced to regulatory processes, approval stages, and digital submission workflows using the Corenet X e-submission system, supporting compliance with statutory and technical requirements across the building approval process.
Objectives
Upon completion of the module, you will be able to:
- Interpret and apply development control and building plan requirements in the preparation of architectural submissions for statutory approvals.
- Navigate regulatory processes and comply with relevant technical agency codes and e-submission procedures for building approvals.
