From pre-employment education to continuing education and professional development, we provide industry-aligned programmes that equip individuals with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in an evolving BE sector.
Dedicated Continuing Education and Training Centre
As the dedicated Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centre for the BE sector, we support workforce and enterprise transformation through industry-relevant training and targeted funding support for eligible programmes.

Leadership Development
BCA Academy designs and delivers leadership development programmes under the BuildSG LEAD Framework, working with leading universities and industry partners. Our bespoke LEAD Horizon and Milestone Programmes equip emerging and senior leaders with the strategic thinking, business acumen and capabilities to lead change, drive organisational growth and contribute to industry transformation.
We also organise the BuildSG LEAD Summit and Global Perspective Programmes, offering opportunities for industry leaders to gain global insights, exchange perspectives and strengthen industry networks. Together, these initiatives foster a community of forward-looking leaders who can drive innovation and advance the Built Environment sector.
Built Environment Innovation Hub
The BCA Braddell Campus is home to the Built Environment Innovation Hub (BEIH), an ecosystem that brings together diverse partners and stakeholders to connect, collaborate and co-create.
As a living lab and active testbed, BEIH enables emerging technologies and innovative solutions to be explored and tested, helping to accelerate industry transformation.
