Apply for a Course
Step 1: Find Your Course
Browse our programmes and select your preferred course. Check the course details, entry requirements, schedule and fees. Click “Apply Now” on the course webpage to begin your application. You will be directed to BCA Academy Online Storefront.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
Log in to the BCA Academy Online StoreFront using SingPass or CorpPass and complete the online application. Upload any required supporting documents, such as educational qualifications, relevant certificates or permits, for verification.
Step 3: Make Payment
Follow the payment instructions provided during your application. Course fees are generally payable upon application. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, subject to the applicable requirements.
For Company-Sponsored Participants
Selected funded courses may require applications to be submitted through the relevant funding agency’s platform. Please refer to the respective course webpage for the applicable application instructions.

Course Application
How do I check the next available course intake and apply?
Visit the relevant course webpage on BCA Academy website and expand the “Course Information” tab to view the available intake dates. To apply, click “Apply Now”. You will be directed to the BCA Academy Online Storefront, where you can log in using SingPass or CorpPass. Follow the instruction to complete your application and make payment.
What if registration is not open for the course I am interested in?
You may submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), and we will contact you when a new course intake becomes available. Submitting an EOI does not reserve a place. You will still need to complete the application and payment process when applications open.
How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
You registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment, subject to the applicable course requirements. Please note that registration confirmation does not guarantee that the scheduled course will proceed. We will email you approximately one week before the course commencement date to confirm whether the course will run. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder or contact us at askbcaa@bcaa.edu.sg for assistance.
Fees & Payment
When must I pay my course fees?
Course fees are generally payable upon application. Please follow the payment instructions provided during the application process.
Can I use SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) or my Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) to pay for a course?
For eligible course, you may indicate the amount of SFC or PSEA funds you wish to utilise during course application. The amount payable will be adjusted accordingly. For more information, visit:

Are course fee subsidies available?
Eligible self-sponsored and company-sponsored participants may receive course fee subsidies for selected BCA Academy courses. Please refer to the respective course page or our Fees & Funding page for details on funding eligibility and applicable subsidies.
How can I obtain my invoice or receipt?
Your invoice and receipt will be sent to your registered email address after your application and payment are completed. Please check your email inbox, including your junk or spam folder. Alternatively, you may retrieve them through the BCA Academy Online Storefront using SingPass or CorpPass. Navigate to “My Invoices and Receipts”, select “My Invoice Report” or “My Receipt Report”, and click “Search”.
Changes to Registration
Can I withdraw or postpone my course, or request a refund?
Requests for withdrawal, postponement or refund are subject to BCA Academy's Terms and Conditions, including any applicable administrative fees.
