The Technology & Learning Management Unit spearheads digital transformation, enabling tech-enhanced teaching, learning, and operations to improve learning effectiveness and drive process innovation. We optimise learner service journey through operational efficiency and strong governance. We also drive culture building and change management efforts to foster a shared BCA/BCAA identity and support continuous improvement.
