Overview
This develops essential digital skills for modern professionals. The course comprises two key components: Data Analytics and Visualisation, which teaches learners to effectively collect, organise, present, and analyse data to extract meaningful insights; and IoT for Smart Building, which focuses on utilising generative design software and workflows to create and optimise innovative building designs. This module bridges the gap between data-driven decision making and intelligent building solutions, equipping participants with practical skills to leverage technology for enhanced digital delivery in their respective fields.
Objectives
Upon completion of the module, you will be able to:
- analyze datasets using appropriate visualization techniques and evaluate IoT sensor data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities that inform evidence-based design decisions and operational improvements
