About the Course

Overview

This module introduces practical application of visual programming tools and computational design software in built environment contexts. The course covers comprehensive geometry creation and manipulation techniques, including interfacing, surface generation, and volume modelling. Participants will master visual programming environments that enable intuitive design automation without traditional coding barriers. The curriculum emphasises hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, developing proficiency in computational geometry creation that forms the foundation for advanced building design and analysis workflows.

Objectives

Upon completion of the module, you will be able to:

  • utilise visual programming tools to create and generate complex geometry, interfaces, surfaces, and volumes for built environment applications

This will adequately equip you to pursue a career as a Specialist (Digital Delivery).

Course Outline
