Differentiating and Enhancing Managers' Skillsets: A Practical Approach to Building Defects and Pre-Emptive Maintenance

This seminar is designed to equip Managing Agents (MAs) and Facility Managers (FMs) with basic competencies in structural and facade inspections, as well as regular Lift & Escalator (L&E) checks. This will enable early identification of defects and timely intervention by building owners, thereby maintaining buildings in good condition, and reducing safety risks.
