INTRODUCTION
This 1.5-Day course provides an understanding on the submission process during Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) Stage. To enhance the QP competency in dealing with compliances to code requirements, this course will highlight the common non-compliances faced by the industry as well as poor practices observed during the TOP & CSC submissions.

LECTURER
AR. WONG SZE YIN is a Registered Architect with over 17 years of working experience
in the construction industry. His past work experience include project lead / project architect for both building and transport infra-structure works. He is presently with BCA as Senior Architect and is involved in policy and rules review studies as well as the processing of TOP/CSC.

ASSESSMENT & AWARD
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance to sit for the 30mins assessment at end-of-course. Those who pass the assessment will be awarded the e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC).
