Diploma (Conversion) in Sustainable Design (Built Environment)

Course code: 79025

The SGUnited Skills (SGUS) Programme is designed for professionals who have been affected by the economic impact of COVID-19. This full-time 6-month training programme aims to prepare unemployed Singaporeans/PRs for improved employability in the evolving built environment sector.

The built environment is continually evolving to meet current and future challenges, such as climate change. To meet those challenges, architects and designers aren’t looking at buildings from just an architectural viewpoint, but those from a digitalisation and sustainable one as well.

In this programme, learners will undertake various topics to understand the impacts of buildings on the environment, as well as to understand and apply green building principles and methodology, coupled with digital tools, in order to support the national green agenda.

In addition, learners will also have the opportunity to undertake the certification course for Green Mark Accredited Professional.
