OVERVIEW
This course is suitable for those who would like to be registered as the Approved Persons as stipulated in the Building Control (Licensing of Builders) Regulations 2008. This course aims to provide essential knowledge training in the statutory requirements for construction safety and quality; environmental sustainability, workplace safety & health as well as in risk management.

PRE-RECORDED SESSIONS:
Participants may embark on e-learning on the rest of the topics at your own pace till 14 August 2024.
COURSE ASSESSMENTS:
Participants will need to complete 2x30mins assessments online via BCAA Learning Management System (LMS) by 16 August 2024, 2359 hrs.
Fee (inclusive of 9% GST): S$753.83
ASSESSMENT & AWARD
This course involves assessments. An e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issuedto participants who:
i. Achieve at least 75% class attendance; and
ii. Pass all the assessment(s)
