OVERVIEW
This course covers the current technical and safety requirements for Town Gas Utilisation work. It is one of the requirements for a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering who is interested in becoming a Licensed Gas Service Worker.

OBJECTIVES
Participants will acquire the necessary technical and safety knowledge for good town gas utilisation practices. Successful completion of this Gas Technology course is one of the requirements stipulated by EMA for any course participant who wishes to be a Licensed Gas Service Worker (LGSW).

GAS SERVICE WORKER LICENCE APPLICATION
Course participants who have successfully completed this course may proceed to apply for a Gas Service Worker Licence with Energy Market Authority (EMA) upon satisfying EMA’s requirements. Please view the EMA’s website @ www.ema.gov.sg for latest licensing requirements.

Time: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Fee (inclusive of 9% GST): $2,292.06

Singaporeans 40 years old and above OR SME company sponsored Singaporeans or Singapore PRs. Fee payable after 70% funding support (inclusive of 9% GST)

Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and non SME company sponsored participants. Fee payable after 50% funding support (inclusive of 9% GST)

Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all assessments. BCA Academy reserves the right to recover the funded amount from the participant (self-sponsored) or employer (company sponsored) if participant did not meet the eligibility criteria. ASSESSMENT & AWARD
Participants who have attended at least 75% of the training sessions and passed the written test, practical test and written assignment at the end of the course will be issued with the Certificate of Successful Completion (CSC).
