About the Course

Overview

With ageing building stocks and higher maintenance costs expected to maintain the FM services levels, it is essential that the industry moves towards adopting Integrated Facilities Management for better work efficiency and effectiveness.

Objectives

This course aims to equip FM practitioners with practical knowledge on implementing integrated facilities management.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Who Should Attend

Industry practitioners who are keen to embark on Integrated FM journey, e.g., Associate Director, Senior Facilities Manager, etc

Assessment & Award

Participants are required to complete the MCQ online assessment.

An e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issued to participants who:

Achieve at least 75% class attendance; and
Pass MCQ assessment.

Fee & Funding

Fee (inclusive of 9% GST)

	S$319.48	Fee payable after 70% funding support For Singaporeans and Singapore PRs, including those sponsored by non-SME companies
	S$124.08	Fee payable after 90% funding support Singaporeans 40 years old and above OR SME company sponsored Singaporeans or Singapore PRs

Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all assessments. BCA Academy reserves the right to recover the funded amount from the participant (self-sponsored) or employer (company sponsored) if participant did not meet the eligibility criteria.
