About the Course

OVERVIEW

The Annual Seminar sharing Forecasts for the Built Environment and Real Estate Prospects in the Year Ahead

Our Built Environment (BE) sector has undergone a remarkable transformation in the 60 years since Singapore’s independence, evolving from a focus on basic infrastructure development to becoming a key cornerstone of our nation's economic growth, elevating our standing to a globally leading city. In recent years, our sector has gained momentum in fostering collaboration across the value chain, driving growth to emerge stronger as a collective.

Marking the 35th edition of our annual joint seminar, the 2025 session will be rebranded as the BCA-REDAS Built Environment and Real Estate Prospects Seminar. Themed “Embracing Transformative Practices, Advancing as a Sector”, the session sets the stage for the year ahead as it focuses on our sector’s need to build upon existing transformative efforts and innovations to sustain continued advancement. It emphasises the deepening of collaboration and forging of tighter partnerships, acceleration in adoption of transformative practices, and strengthening of our collective resilience. Moving forward, we aspire towards a resilient and integrated ecosystem within the sector to drive sustainable growth in the ever-changing landscape.

This session will feature distinguished experts and industry trailblazers who will share their insights on the global and regional economic landscapes, market outlooks and Singapore’s construction demand for the upcoming year, as well as discuss benefits and learning points in their transformative efforts.

Join us in this conversation as we chart the course to advance as a more transformative and collaborative Built Environment sector.
