OVERVIEW
The 4-day intermediate course aims to deepen technical collaborative contracting capabilities for successful implementation of collaborative contracts in Singapore. It will cover collaborative contractual provisions under PSSCOC and more in depth understanding of the principles of collaborative provisions under NEC4, as well as critical success factors and risks involved in ensuring successful implementation of collaborative contracting.
