STACKABLE MODULAR CERTIFICATES
This programme can be taken as separate stackable modular certificates. The certificates can be taken in any order (within 3 years). Upon completion of all modular certificates, you will be awarded the Specialist Diploma.
INTRODUCTION
The construction industry had been perceived as a labour-intensive and low-tech one. The adoption of technologies, work processes and best practices to boost construction productivity has revolutionised the way we build. To prepare the industry for such adoption, this programme aims to hone the skills and enhance the knowledge of built environment professionals in emerging areas such as Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Lean Construction (LC), Pre-fabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU), Pre-fabricated and Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), Mass Engineered Timber (MET) and automation in construction.
CONTENT
Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP)
January / July
This certificate equips construction industry professionals with the latest construction productivity trends and technology needed to attain higher technical competencies. Learners will gain critical knowledge in process and quality improvement, management skills, and value engineering. Learners will also comprehend the new construction technologies for different trades including challenges and benefits of building offsite.

Certificate in Management of Productive Technologies
April / October
This Certificate equips learners with the knowledge and skill to apply digital technology and lean construction process for project delivery. The advanced technologies applicable for the industry, such as those related to prefabrication and volumetric construction, will also be covered.

Note:
- Participants who complete Certificate A and Certificate B within 3 years will be awarded Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity.
- Participants with the Specialist Diploma in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly could obtain the Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity after completing the Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Applicants who do not wish to complete the Specialist Diploma programme are not subject to the entry requirements.The applicant must meet the following requirements:
• degree / diploma / equivalent qualification; and
• at least 3 years of working experience in the built environment or related fields,with background as project manager, construction manager, consultant or construction professional preferred.
Note: Applicants with relevant working experience but do not fulfil the above requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must have their own computers/laptops with minimum specifications to run BIM software and access student portal. Applicant with degree or diploma qualification where English is not the medium of instruction is required to achieve the ESS Workplace Literacy Test Level 6 issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This Specialist Diploma Programme is designed for all professionals in the built environment sector.
AWARD OF CERTIFICATE
A participant must attain at least 75% of physical attendance and complete all assignments to acceptable standards to be eligible to be awarded each modular certificate. Participant who did not complete the assignments to acceptable standards but attained at least 75% of physical attendance will be issued with a certificate of attendance. The successful achievement of all modular certificates will lead to the awarding of the Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP).
