About the Course

Overview

Under the new Periodic Facade Inspection regime, facade inspections will be required to be carried out periodically to detect and address façade deterioration in a timely manner.

The Certificate in Façade Inspection course is designed to provide participants with essential knowledge in façade inspection. Upon completion of the course, participants will acquire knowledge of the legislative framework and requirements for façade inspection, fundamentals of various façade systems and materials, as well as maintenance needs and inspection methods.

Assessment & Award

MCQ Online Assessment

Participants are required to complete the MCQ online assessment by 12 November 2024, 2359hrs.

An e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issued to participants who:

  • Achieve at least 75% class attendance; and
  • Pass MCQ assessment

  • For Singaporeans and Singapore PRs, including those sponsored by non-SME companies

  • SME company sponsored Singaporeans or Singapore PRs

Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all assessments. BCA Academy reserves the right to recover the funded amount from the participant (self-sponsored) or employer (company sponsored) if participant did not meet the eligibility criteria.
