Overview
Under the refreshed Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITM), Integrated Planning and Design (IPD) has been identified as one of the key transformation areas that encourage collaborations among stakeholders. Project management practices are critical to ensure collaboration and integration in the project design and delivery.
The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTP) in Integrated Project Management and Delivery (Built Environment) will prepare professionals to take on project management roles in planning and execution of building and construction projects. Equipped with knowledge of the emerging industry practices such as Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Collaborative Contract (CC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), course participants will be able to confidently manage projects that lead to industry transformation.
