AR. WONG SZE YIN is a Registered Architect with over 17 years of working experience in the construction industry. His past work experience include project lead / project architect for both building and transport infra-structure works. He is presently with BCA as Senior Architect and is involved in policy and rules review studies as well as the processing of TOP/CSC.

Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance to sit for the 30mins examination at end-of-course. Those who pass the assessment will be awarded the e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC). Participants who did not pass the assessment will be issued with the e-Statement of Attendance (e-SOA).
