Certificate in Lean Construction

• Project managers, construction managers and site/project engineers from main contractors and specialist contractors.
• Professionals involved in project planning, production management and construction productivity improvement initiatives.

• degree / diploma / equivalent qualification; and
• at least 3 years of working experience in the built environment or related fields, with background as project manager, construction manager, consultant or construction professional preferred.

Note: Applicants with relevant working experience but do not fulfil the above requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Participants will be required to meet the following requirements to attain the certification(s). 

• Minimum 75% physical attendance
• Completion of online self-learning 
• Pass both MCQ and individual assignment
• Complete the CM-Lean Exam

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded with
 
i.    e-Certificate of Successful Completion for the “Certificate in Lean Construction” by BCAA
ii.   e-Certificate of Completion for the “Lean Construction Education Programme” jointly by AGC and BCAA
 
Participants who subsequently pass the AGC CM-Lean examination will be awarded the Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean) professional credential, comprising a digital certificate and badge issued by AGC.
