Starting from January 2024, our Green Mark courses have been updated to align with the latest edition of Green Mark (GM:2021) – the 2nd edition.
We would like to share three key updates to GM:2021 2nd edition.
1. Energy Efficiency: Introduction of GM:2021 In-Operation for Existing Residential Buildings.
2. Whole Life Carbon:Inclusion of accounting for A5 Construction Phase embodied carbon emissions for all building typologies.
3. Overall Enhancements:
- Greater clarity provided on criteria and scoring framework.
