OVERVIEW
The adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) during the design and construction stages has transformed our construction industry significantly. However, there are more from BIM that the industry could benefit from, especially in the areas of building operation and asset information management.
The course introduces the benefits of adopting BIM, IoT and digital platform for building operation & asset management to improve reliability and productivity as a whole, through demo and sharing of case studies.
OBJECTIVES
• Participants will appreciate the benefits and values of BIM and data, especially in the context of building operation, maintenance and digital twin.
• Participants will learn the process and skills required to import BIM files from various stakeholders into FM platform for quality control, operation and maintenance.
• Participants will also discover trends, latest development and innovations in smart building operations as compared to conventional building operations.
• Through demo and case studies, participants will also understand possible practical applications of BIM throughout the building lifecycle for productivity gain.

SSG funded participants are required to complete and pass the MCQ assessments.
Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all assessments. BCA Academy reserves the right to recover the funded amount from the participant (self-sponsored) or employer (company-sponsored) if participant did not meet the eligibility criteria. ASSESSMENT & AWARD
e-Certificate of Attendance (e-COA) will be awarded to participants who meet the attendance requirement.
