This course covers the Project Management Body of Knowledge required in the BE sector, including project management standards and core functions and project lifecycle, stakeholder and communication management, managing consultancy services and consultants’ contributions, time and productivity management, quality management, contract management, cost and resource management, project risk management, Environment, Health and Safety management and Workplace Safety and Health management, value engineering and value management and project sustainability implementation.

Candidates who have
successfully obtained CSCs for the five courses and pass the overall project assignment within the maximum allowable candidature of 3 years will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Integrated Project Management (SDIPM).
