INTRODUCTION
This course is suitable for those who would like to be registered as the Approved Persons as stipulated in the Building Control (Licensing of Builders) Regulations 2008. COURSE ASSESSMENTS:
Participants will need to complete 2x30mins assessments online via BCAA Learning Management System (LMS).

AWARD
This course involves assessments. An e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issuedto participants who:
i. Achieve at least 75% class attendance; and
ii. Pass all the assessment(s)
