Principles of Integrated Digital Delivery

OVERVIEW
Building on the momentum of BIM Roadmaps, BCA introduced Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) to better connect built environment stakeholders and streamline their work processes, through innovative use of digital technologies. 

To support the industry to reap the full benefits of IDD, this course is designed to equip BE professionals with good understanding and aligned knowledge on IDD across the built environment value chain. Learners will be systematically guided through a series of topics on the concept and method to effectively adopt IDD in their projects or organizations, curated in bite-sized and interactive format.

OBJECTIVES
• To level up learners’ understanding on the concept of IDD across the built environment value chain,
• To create awareness on potential of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and how projects and firms could tap into new opportunities using IDD, and
• To guide learners with basic knowledge in selecting suitable technologies, systems and standards for adoption.

i Determining critical activities and defining challenge statements
ii Mapping processes and identifying pain points
iii Principles of process streamlining

TOPIC 5: TECHNOLOGIES, SYSTEMS & STANDARDS
i Selecting the right technologies for the right purpose
ii Common Data Environment (CDE)
iii Information Standards

TOPIC 6: DEPLOYMENT
i Developing an IDD Roadmap
ii Prioritization of strategies and scaling up

Singaporeans 40 years old and above OR SME company sponsored Singaporeans or Singapore PRs. Fee payable after 70% funding support (inclusive of 9% GST)

Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all assessments. BCA Academy reserves the right to recover the funded amount from the participant (selfsponsored) or employer (company sponsored) if participant did not meet the eligibility criteria. ASSESSMENT & AWARD
Electronic Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issued to participants who complete the course within 1 month and pass all the assessments.
