INTRODUCTION
Aligning Mindsets, Strengthening Ecosystem
Singapore’s Built Environment (BE) sector has evolved and begun its transformation, underpinned by strategic mindset shifts including the adoption of a collaborative approach, off-site construction and alliance level transformation. There is a need to align and embrace these mindset shifts.
Given the increased uncertainties and volatile economic climate, project stakeholders will have to come together to align their interests via appropriate risk and profit-sharing, adopt collaborative contracting to stimulate good project management, co-create effective and innovative solutions to address emerging challenges. These will in turn strengthen the ecosystem in the longer term.
The 2024 edition of the Built Environment and Property Prospects Seminar (BEPP) will bring together a distinguished panel of experts and leaders to share their insights on the global and regional economic outlook and the respective market prospects. Programme highlights include the economic outlook for 2024 - the potential challenges and opportunities ahead. Singapore's construction prospects from 2024 to 2028 - the crucial growth areas and business opportunities for firms to capitalise on, and the importance of embracing collaboration in the BE ecosystem for stakeholders to align interests and priorities and achieve common goals together.
Join us in the event to learn how we can stay ahead and seize the opportunities that may come about.
