Skill Development Fund (SDF)
Companies sponsoring their employees for training have to open a SDF EasyNet account to apply for SDF subsidy. Employees would have to be either Singaporean or Singapore permanent resident. Companies would pay the balanced fee after deducting the subsidized amount according to the eligibility.

(Company with EasyNet account but does not have internet access may call BCA Academy for a copy of FORM SEN 2)

Under SDF Subsidy, there are two categories of funding:
Normal Funding & Mature Worker Funding
For Normal Funding, the usual subsidy would be given from the SDF.
For Mature Worker Funding, only applicants aged 40 and above AND holding 'A' level qualifications and below are eligible for grant up to 90% of course fees subject to $11 per hour.

For enquiry on SDF subsidies and the opening of SDF EasyNet Account, please visit www.sdf.gov.sg

Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP)

SRP has 2 funding components, namely course fee subsidies provided by the SDF and absentee payroll provided by WDA.
