Inter-class English Competition
To showcase the students’ learning and talent, a skit competition was held on 7th April 2010 from 9am to 12noon at BCA Academy Auditorium for our international students who were attending the 5-month English lessons before they embark on their first year Diploma programmes. This competition aims to expose students to real-life usage of English, through fun and meaningful ways of learning English Language and to build up their confidence and competence, so as to use the language effectively and appropriately to communicate feelings, ideas, characters and roles. BCA Academy Open House 2010
(Street Soccer Competition and Inter-class Talentime Contest)
The street soccer competition was held in conjunction with the Academy's Open House on 15 and
16 January 2010. There were 8 student teams and 1 staff team participating in the event. The 9 teams were categorised into 3 groups. The competition comprised a group phase in which only one team from each group would advance into the knock-out phase of the competition, with the winners in this phase vying for the Championship Trophy. English Preparatory Course Induction Programme 2009
BCA Academy organised an induction programme for all new international students on 1 Dec and 2 Dec 2009. The objectives of the programme are to help our international students cope with home sickness while encouraging them to adjust to student life in Singapore. Full Story>>
Sharing of Learning Experience
