As the national centre for training, education and research for the building industry, BCA Academy aims to provide the highest quality of training and research programmes available for the advancement of the building industry, and development of the built environment

The training arm of BCA Academy consists of two schools:

• The School of Building and Development, which offers industry training for workers and students at trade skills level and diploma level.
  
  
• The School of Graduate and Management Development, which provides post-diploma and professional level training to practitioners in the industry.

The research arm of BCA Academy is known as the Centre for Building Research, which promotes and undertakes applied research in collaboration with industry partners, research institutions and academia.
