Our mission is to provide quality training, learning and research programmes for the development of an excellent built environment. At the Academy, students will enjoy a unique learning culture that is stimulating, vibrant and exciting. We have a staff of strongly committed lecturers who aim to provide a conducive learning environment for all our students of diverse backgrounds. 

BCA Academy, formerly known as CITI, was founded in 1984. Over the years, the Academy has evolved and expanded to spearhead the development of manpower for the building and construction industry.. Currently, BCA Academy provides a full range of professional, technical and trade skills training to meet the diverse training needs of industry personnel at all levels. 

The Academy has received strong and generous support from the Singapore government and related industries. We will continue to develop niche academic programmes and nurture graduates of highest distinction. Our strong links with the industry have also opened many career prospects and opportunities for our graduates.  

The challenge that lies before us is to build on our foundation and develop BCA Academy into a leading hub that is second to none. I am delighted that you are part of this unique BCA Academy experience as we move ahead to achieve the highest quality to make a difference in the built environment.
