If there are any entry requirements stated for the course, please attach photocopies of all relevant documents ( highest qualification, relevant certificates, permits, etc.) for verification purposes.

If a company is applying for Skill Development Fund (SDF), it has to make enrollment for the course on the SDF Easynet website.

Please attach a cheque for payment of the course fee together with the completed application form.
