BCA Academy warmly received Mr Paul Kayoboke, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda, Singapore. Mr Kayoboke was here to visit thirty-three trainee instructors who are currently on a seven-week training course at the Academy. He was keen to learn about the scope of the hands-on training. Mr Kayoboke saw first-hand how the trainees are benefiting from the training and also heard from them their experience in Singapore.
