BCA Academy offers our users the convenience of electronic services through our website. Companies applying for courses for their employees at BCA Academy can do so online. These e-services include course application, checking of application status and checking of test/exam results. Payment of fees for online application can be done through our e-payment gateway using GIRO or credit card. 


Manage Company Details
Company enrolling its employees for training at BCA Academy for the first time will have an e-Account created automatically by the Academy computer system. Subsequently, this e-Account can be used by the company to manage its employee training programme with the Academy. A company can access its e-Account using its Unique Entity Number (UEN) for company training history and updating of its details.


Change Company GIRO Password
Company may change its GIRO password by entering its UEN as account ID. Password should have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters.

Check Company Results
Company may check the course test/exam results of its employees by entering its UEN. The test/exam results will be released within 1 month after the test/exam.
