BCA hosts a job portal for the building and construction industry to facilitate job matching between job seekers and prospective employers in the industry. 

Job seekers can register themselves with the portal and search for their desired jobs and submit their applications online to the companies concerned.  Job seekers can upload their resumes and edit/update them online. Companies also have a user-friendly interface to register themselves and post their job vacancies on the portal. Besides posting job vacancies, companies can also make use of this portal to search for job seekers who are registered with the portal.

Through the portal, participating companies and job seekers can communicate seamlessly throughout the job application process.
