The programme will be taught part-time over two years. The programme content consists of eight taught modules (120 credits), and an extended piece of original research in a written research report of 10,000 words (60 credits). The modules, each worth 15 credits, have ten learning sessions each, including study visits, and comprise six core and two optional modules.

7) Asset Management and Capital Projects (15 credits)
8) Facility Finance Governance (15 credits)
It is expected that during the second year, additional optional modules, each worth 15 credits, will be developed from the MSc in Environmental Design and Engineering programme, and may include: Built Environment; the Energy Context; Natural and Mechanical Ventilation of Buildings; Efficient Building Services Systems; Social Dimensions of Sustainability; Energy Systems Modelling.

Fees
The programme fee for the two year programme is SGD31,500 (excluding GST).
